DadSEO is a strategic SEO analytics platform that connects to Google Search Console to provide actionable intelligence about your website's organic search performance. The Service includes SEO audits, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, AI-powered diagnostics, and related tools designed to help you improve your search engine visibility.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DadSEO is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Data Usage

When you connect your Google Search Console account, DadSEO accesses and processes your search performance data solely for the purpose of providing SEO analysis and insights. We store this data securely and use it exclusively to deliver the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or distribute your Google Search Console data to any third parties. 5. Subscription and Payments

DadSEO offers multiple subscription plans: Free, Pro, and Business. The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of DadSEO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your data remains your own, and these terms do not grant us any ownership rights over your content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond authorized API usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DadSEO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but will delete your personal data upon request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
